Signed up a 8D7N tour with them for Spain. Arrived in Madrid at 1am. Had some problems with the hotel check in. Called the emergency number and someone answered the call quite quickly. Issue was resolved.The tour started. Instructions were clear. We had a change of guide in between. Most of the guides were good except for one who seemed to be more impatient.Overall I think service is gd and will book with them again if possible
