I signed up for a monthly parking subscription and updated my payment details. Soon after, my plan was cancelled without any notice, and I was switched to daily rates instead. So far, I have been charged significantly more than the monthly fee. Additionally, their system only identifies users by email, which means even a simple change in payment method leads to cancellation. I've never faced issues with my bank account elsewhere, yet here it seems to trigger cancellation. I requested a new subscription link, an explanation, and a refund for the excess charges but received vague responses without resolution. This feels like a misuse of the subscription model. I will report this to consumer protection authorities if they don’t rectify it soon. In my opinion, this service operates more like a money-making scheme than a legitimate parking provider, arbitrarily cancelling valid subscriptions and imposing excessive charges on customers. I do not recommend using this service.
