Extremely frustrating experience with misleading parking signs

I wish I could give zero stars, but that's not an option. The parking signs are confusing, and despite seeing the parking symbol and paying, I still received a ticket. Think twice before using these parking lots; it feels like you need legal expertise just to navigate the rules here, as there’s so much information to sift through before parking.

Unethical practices exploiting customers.

Using fine print to mislead customers is unacceptable. It’s shocking how this service prioritizes profit over honesty. I sincerely hope that authorities intervene against such unethical behavior. There should be consequences for taking advantage of individuals.

Caution – subscription cancelled without warning and overcharged

I signed up for a monthly parking subscription and updated my payment details. Soon after, my plan was cancelled without any notice, and I was switched to daily rates instead. So far, I have been charged significantly more than the monthly fee. Additionally, their system only identifies users by email, which means even a simple change in payment method leads to cancellation. I've never faced issues with my bank account elsewhere, yet here it seems to trigger cancellation. I requested a new subscription link, an explanation, and a refund for the excess charges but received vague responses without resolution. This feels like a misuse of the subscription model. I will report this to consumer protection authorities if they don’t rectify it soon. In my opinion, this service operates more like a money-making scheme than a legitimate parking provider, arbitrarily cancelling valid subscriptions and imposing excessive charges on customers. I do not recommend using this service.

Terrible treatment of customers

Received a fine for slightly missing the parking space, which was poorly marked and difficult to see in the dimly lit lot. With hardly any other vehicles around, I find it outrageous that they treat paying customers this way. Truly disappointing.

Unjust fine despite confirmed parking duration

I parked in a facility, and my license plate was automatically registered. My entry and exit times are well-documented. However, due to a dead battery in my device, I was charged unfairly despite being parked for under four hours. This feels misleading. The system should verify actual parking duration before issuing fines, especially when the vehicle is tracked. Even after submitting a claim, they refused to cancel the charge. A very disappointing experience.

Lack of clear signage and exorbitant fees

There are no clear signs, and the parking fees are excessively high. Paying this amount for a short stay in a nearly empty lot is just unreasonable.

Extremely stressful and poor service

I had a very negative experience with this service. Their phone communication was unprofessional — the staff struggled with English, adding to my stress. They sent me incorrect invoices, and when I sought clarification, I received no proper response or apology. The email replies were brief and failed to address my concerns. Additionally, they closed my case without explanation, leaving me unsettled about the situation. I fear they might try to charge me again, as they have in the past. Overall, this has been one of the worst service experiences I've encountered.

A place of dishonesty

This company and its employees seem to lack integrity. I received a ticket due to a time change that caused the parking meter to display incorrectly. They were waiting near the parking area to issue fines. It’s disheartening to see such behavior from a service provider.
