I had a very negative experience with this service. Their phone communication was unprofessional — the staff struggled with English, adding to my stress. They sent me incorrect invoices, and when I sought clarification, I received no proper response or apology. The email replies were brief and failed to address my concerns. Additionally, they closed my case without explanation, leaving me unsettled about the situation. I fear they might try to charge me again, as they have in the past. Overall, this has been one of the worst service experiences I've encountered.
