Showed proof of mistake.Ignored my obvious error and refused appeal.Rang company and was advised to appeal again as the first appeal did not contain sufficient information. Did this and got a reply stating you only have one chance to appeal, so I have to pay £60.Social media and watchdog here we come, they shouldn’t be allowed to trade
