This company is disgusting. Their online appeal process is not suitable or provides a reference number, facility to attach the receipt as requested. There is no acknowledgement email received. I have submitted an additional appeal in writing via recorded delivery. Still waiting a response and unable to speak with a person from the company.

My friend and I went for a meal a at bear & staff pub gateacre and the waiter who looked after us didn't even asked for the registration of the my friends car even though I had it to hand im disgusted to see my friend has received at fine even though we were eating at this place food was over priced meat was like leather and will not be visiting again to be conned
I would give zero if I could. Recieved a fine yesterday 7th Feb for a parking 31/12/25. No letter was recieved before however it states that I can't appeal it and had gone from £70 to £100 again without a previous letter I wasn't aware or I would have appealed this. Now this fine was for parking in a disabled bay with my severely disabled son. The badge was displayed on the passenger side as it always is. They have used photos of the back of the car and drivers window to state no blue badge was used however I park regularly in bays for disabled parking and know that it must be displayed. It's absolutely disgusting that they can do this and so many things wrong with this whole process. You can't get through to anyone online or calls, no email address to complain it's impossible. I will always avoid this particular McDonald's we visited because of this reason and any car parks owned by them in the future I have now taking this to watchdog Update: You can't speak to anyone on the chat bot the chat just ends as soon as you put anything regarding the pcn. How am I expected to pay at a kiosk when the store the kiosk is in is SHUT?! Has this company completely lost the plot? ~Their generic responses to appeals, the stupid chat box that kicks you out and their premium number? They are quick to talk on LinkedIn about an amazing year they've had - stealing from us! How am i supposed to pay for parking when the shop is shut? Break in and break the law? Your own T&C's make no sense but you believe you are right and every response here is a generic send us the evidence - well I did WHEN I APPEALED! IF A HUMAN HAD READ IT YOU WOULD KNOW THAT! As of this point any Car park that has Euro Parking Services I will not be parking in or using - I would rather walk the 20mins to get to where I need to then give you any money!!!!You dare tell me to reach out to your bloody chatbox again!Response to your response: No i will not be contacting you by post! what century are you people living in? Quick to take money via every new payment method out there but you expect me to post my evidence to you?! I dont think so. I will be taking this further and exploring legal action against you. The way this company treats people is wrong and again you then boost about how well your company is doing and raking in the money on your Linkedin.
I had to halt for 1 Minuit and 57 seconds for crossing pedestrians and an oncoming bus. This has landed me with a parking charge and a refused appeal despite the legal definition of parking being over 3 minuets as well as any other action other than halting being running someone over or causing a collision, they have then told me that I cannot appeal again despite being able to appeal to the IAS. I will be reporting them further
This basically there policy You can email us but we wont reply.You can use are online chat services that do not work and instantly ends chat.You can apeal through post but by time we see it that's if we can be arsed your fine has gone up.The stress this company has caused me put me close to suicide.You deliberately mislead and don't respond to give the victim no choice but to pay it. I myself can't afford heating, food or fuel everyday is a battle. My car was in a garage a garage with a systems you gave them that cancels your tickets yet it does not work.Funny how easy it is to pay the ticket but to appeal it is impossible. Fair ?Hope god judges every person apart of this company for how the way you treat people.
