Shocking company, I paid for parking and got a fine. I appealed it and sent receipt from Ringo App. They responded back saying I was 6 minutes over the time I paid for. I couldn’t appeal again, and needed to follow complaints procedure. I’ve tried that. It doesn’t make sense. If you look online there is a 10 minute grace period, that the government has put on public car parks and in 2019 it was put forward that this was to be imposed on private car parks also. But clearly this company are above this. Absolute charlatans need there accreditations taking away.
