I was charged for parking at Jardines (UK) LtD at night when its super dark and this place is busy cause they're next to JD and Pure gym. The reason for issue was because I parked there and failing to enter a vehicle registration number. I have filed for an appeal on the following grounds:* The impracticality of complying with the kiosk requirement due to operating hours of Jardines office.* The branding confusion within the surrounding area near Jardines with JD Gym, Puregym and thus overall ownership of the land with respect to parking * The insufficient lighting in the parking area, hindering visibility of signage detailing parking conditions imposed by the owners including the terms and conditions for parking. Euro Parking Services rejected my appeal and only focused on point one without really addressing the other points. Moreso, it's hard enough to find parking in that area and you're just making it worse for the patrons of other businesses. You guys are the worst.
