I’m a disabled driver had been using this petrol station for around 20 years had not been there for a good year due to not driving and ill health I parked in a bay which I have done for said years popped into the chip shop next door to this bay as this was off a main rd were not possible to stop parked there for around 6 minutes .i then receive a pcn notice 60 pound I did appeal this pcn as on entry to the petrol station was not a clear sign or lit up sign saying no parking they replyed 4 weeks later with appeal saying was not successful and I had to pay 100 pound now followed there procedure to the book tried contacting them to no avail tried emailing them requesting a 10 digit code needed for popla to investigate the appeal emailed back just insisting payemet 3 attempts asking for said code now just had a before court letter saying pay 160 pounds . Given email address on letter tried this email address don’t exist there is no one to speak to regarding these pcn charges .I thought racketeering was outlawed a long time ago governing bodies need to step in
