Why are they allowed to get away with the way they operate, and have for so long? I paid for my parking for more than I actually spent on the car park. I entered my Reg Number but didn't realise that the last two numbers registered twice. I sent proof of my parking ticket and payment to appeal, only to be told it didn't matter. I intended to stick to my principles and if needed go to any court/tribunal hearing. I lost someone very close over Christmas and got another letter today which I just couldn't deal with so I paid. Usually I would stand up to these bullies, who pass their supposedly debt on to another yet, another debt collector. It was never about the money for me but the principle. Let's hope that Euro Car Parks at some point recognises law abiding citizens who pay in life, and who will accept proof of payment despite one incorrect number entered on a registration plate
