Where do we start - this company have installed ANPR cameras at my residence and think it's acceptable to issue PCNs based on vehicles being parked in an area outside of their boundary line which they do not control. Their appeals process provided evidence to support the above and yet they or the Indipendant Appeals Service are unable to overturn the tickets. Worse still they won't do anything to stop issuing fines and their lawyers are yet to respond. Absolute con merchants!
