Mir wurden für zwei Mietwagen insgesamt 700 CHF Depot sowie 95 CHF Rückerstattung seit über sechs Wochen nicht zurückgezahlt. Mehrere Mahnungen per Mail und Telefon wurden ignoriert, stattdessen nur leere Versprechungen.Ich werde die Forderungen nun rechtlich beitreiben und Staatsanwaltschaft sowie SECO einschalten.
