WORST SERVICE EVER!!!! CAN NOT RECOMMEND THEM!!I booked my car 2 months ahead, they withdraweled the deposit from my bank account - no problem.When I am arriving and want to pick up my car, they refuse to take any of my 4 credit cards and leave me in Geneve airport with no car. I was supposed to be in Annecy 11.00 am. I arrive 16 pm after trying all car companys - nobody has anything available of cause. No tickets available on the train. So I end up paying taxi for 220 euros and now left in the mountains without a car - which I planned I had. So I will have to cancel my meetings and plans or take taxi around - thx to Europcar.They had no intension to help me at all. And they didnt even wanted to refund the money they withdrawel.WORST RECOMMENDATIONS FROM HERE!!
