Not happy with this company, was renting through rentalcar.com insurance who charged me for insurance and renting, then I got another extra charges on top from Europcar which they say is all perfectly correct without explaining why and saying it was all included (e.g. premium station surcharge). They insist it was all explained (which it was not) and happily charge my credit card.Also I recommend get everything, every agreement and additional requests confirmed in writing before you agree and make them explain to you every detail and every charge they are going to charge you that is on that paper before you sign anything. In particular when you have arranged payment through an online rental company that is not Europcar.
