We were assured by Europcar staff that we could add our son (18) as a second driver to our rental car. He has had his driving license for more than a full year. As it turned out later, Europcar staff at Zürich airport then refused to add our son as a second driver, which basically ruined our trip :(Our advice - don`t trust what they tell you!
