My experience with this service was terrible. The contract terms were unfair, with additional fees for notifying me about fines. I also had to wait almost two hours for my car, and the vehicle was in poor condition, leading to a flat tire. The staff were unhelpful and unfriendly. I cannot recommend this service at all.
