During my recent trip, I rented a car through a third-party provider, only to find that the instructions were misleading. I had to go to a different desk, and despite booking weeks in advance, there was no car available when I arrived. I waited two hours for one, and the staff member was rude and unhelpful. This level of customer service is completely unacceptable, and it reflects poorly on the provider.
I've used this service multiple times, but recently I was charged extra after returning the car. They haven't reached out to explain the charges, even though the vehicle was returned in perfect condition. I'm quite unhappy with this situation and will not be using them again.
