I rented a car through a service and ended up with a different company, which had extremely poor customer service. Their deposit policy raised red flags; it took four weeks to get my $500 deposit refunded, and the transaction vanished from my bank statement. The bank had no information about it, making the process a nightmare. I highly recommend avoiding this company.
