Absolutely terrible service at Oaxaca Airport. I paid for a car (and insurance) in a booking through Expedia. When I went to collect the car, I was told they didn't recognize the insurance I paid for when booking, and that I would either have to pay a fine (for not having insurance!) and a $14000USD deposit or pay insurance which was more expensive than the car rental itself. Don't waste your time with these guys, book a rental with someone else.
