This rental experience was overshadowed by aggressive upselling and questionable post-rental fees. The additional charges imposed by the service were four times higher than the original rental cost. Even though I had prepaid insurance clearly indicated on my voucher, the staff at the location refused to hand over the vehicle unless I purchased more insurance. I attempted to resolve this with the broker at the counter, but the matter remained unresolved, forcing me to pay reluctantly. Upon returning the vehicle, it was initially accepted. However, after I declined to offer a cash tip, I was abruptly informed that the car was 'excessively dirty,' without any proof shown to me. I was not provided with a close-out report, and subsequently, my card was charged an even higher amount without any explanation. The broker has acknowledged my complaint and is currently investigating the situation, which I appreciate, but I am still waiting for a complete resolution.
