I booked and paid in full in Sept 2025 for a car hire in Chile in Feb 2026. I cancelled this trip after reading reviews and unable to get a response from the office in Chile in Torris del Pines The trip was cancelled in December 2025 and I’m still waiting on a full refund which I’m entitled to according to the terms. I have spent all of Jan chasing them by e-mail calling the reservation office in the Netherlands and they send an email to the Chilian office to explain. Chillian office looking for assistance to refund from the Netherlands and here we are. This is over 700 euro but this disgraceful customer service the company should be assumed of its image and the staff should be embarrassed to work for a company which cant provide basic customer service and refunds.
