At the pickup, I was informed that the car had a full tank of fuel, which turned out to be false. When I returned the car with a full tank, I had photographic evidence to support my claims. I submitted a formal complaint, and since it hasn't been resolved, I plan to contact relevant authorities. This fuel strategy seems to be a widely known and troubling practice. UPDATE: I've been contacted by a producer from a company that exposes businesses for poor customer service. I’m definitely going to share my experience with them!
