They are blocking on your credit card 77EUR in case of returnig not fully tanked car. I tanked the car fully before returning it - as I always do. I was charged 77EUR anyway. They told me it was 7/8 of the tank (not true). I sent them a confirmation of the payment from the petrol station. They asked me - do I have a picture of the petrol gauge if not we do not return you money.... CHEATERS!!!!
This has been the worst rental experience I've encountered. I'm facing mechanical issues and there's no central customer service number available. The app only offers email as a contact option, promising a response within a week, which is incredibly frustrating. Additionally, the roadside assistance number provided on the keychain is not valid.

The overall experience was very unpleasant. The staff member we interacted with was also quite unprofessional. He was dishonest on multiple occasions and seemed more interested in upselling. He insisted that the car had no insurance and that we needed to purchase additional coverage, despite my insistence that it was already included. He also pressured us into choosing a larger vehicle that we did not want. When we declined the additional insurance and the bigger car, he began speaking to a colleague in Italian, clearly mocking us with smirks and comments. The entire experience was utterly frustrating. I will be advising all my friends, family, and colleagues to avoid this service at all costs. The customer service was appalling.

UPDATE: I've been contacted by a producer from a company that exposes businesses for poor customer service. I’m definitely going to share my experience with them!
