I rented a car with pickup at an airport. Shortly after returning it, I was charged for a scratch on a rim, but nothing else was noted. A few months later, I received a bill with a chance to dispute it. I sent a detailed email within the 14-day window, but never got a response. They charged me for the damage, then charged me again later. This double billing without any response to my inquiry is the worst experience I’ve ever had with a company. I will never use this service again.
