We were extremely disappointed with the service and won't return. We selected the location in Florence because it was conveniently outside the city center, close to our accommodation. Upon arrival, we were informed that the vehicle pick-up was actually at the bus terminal in the city center. This crucial detail was never communicated to us beforehand. Had we known, we would have chosen a different company. We had to drag our bags through the busy city center and navigate from there, which was stressful as we are not confident drivers. The overall experience was very unpleasant. The staff member we interacted with was also quite unprofessional. He was dishonest on multiple occasions and seemed more interested in upselling. He insisted that the car had no insurance and that we needed to purchase additional coverage, despite my insistence that it was already included. He also pressured us into choosing a larger vehicle that we did not want. When we declined the additional insurance and the bigger car, he began speaking to a colleague in Italian, clearly mocking us with smirks and comments. The entire experience was utterly frustrating. I will be advising all my friends, family, and colleagues to avoid this service at all costs. The customer service was appalling.
