Extremely dissatisfied

I would rate this service zero stars if I could. Upon arrival in Portugal with our booking and a small baby, we encountered someone who insisted that premium insurance was included in our reservation. Despite clarifying that we hadn’t paid for it, we were pressured into accepting it. Later, we were charged an additional €247 for four days. When we questioned this, we were shown paperwork in a language we didn’t understand. The company has been unhelpful since and refuses to refund us. Avoid at all costs.
