If you want to extend your rental you have to physically go to a europcar location and sign new papers - very inconvenient if you're in a rural area. Apparently they have never heard of email. It's like living in the 80s, actually no it's worse, at least they had phones in the 80s! They NEVER answer their phones - I tried all day, 2 different locations and neither answered except for once when they picked up only to put the phone down straight away. So you can't even speak with them, again you need to go into the branch. Absolutely ridiculous.
