Sreeju sreedharanI booked a car while on holiday 12th August till 31st August 2024. I booked it online. When I arrived at Dubai a lot of people kept reiterating losing your deposit as car companies don't pay back even though you don't damage the car.Sreeju was an amazing person he explained and ran through everything. Also during my rentel he helped me with parking charges and how to register and pay. Even when I returned the car he checked and reassured about my deposit being returned. I hope europcar has amazing employees as sreeju and I hope he get a management position so he can train others to give the same high customer service skills.
