As a long-time customer of the service, I typically rent vehicles during my visits to a certain city. However, during my latest trip (12–22 Nov 2025), I was let down to find that I received a significantly smaller car (Nissan Magnite) instead of the usual SUV like a Kia Sportage for the same rate. When I brought this up at the counter, the staff informed me that they couldn't provide a courtesy upgrade and that I would need to pay an additional fee of 750 AED. It felt like my loyalty was not recognized, and the support I received was not as accommodating as in previous experiences. I hope the company takes this feedback into account, as I have always had faith in them and wish to continue renting with assurance in the future.
