Ordered coins came ok, packed very good without any damage but PLEASE dont use UPS as shipping provider or tell to capital logistic company (european mint use somebody else to provide shipping, so shipping is paid separately from order) I ordered also from other shops in Europe, they use usually DHL or DPD for delivery which work just fine. This was my first (and I hope last) experience with UPS. Very basic tracking, estimated delivery "11.7. - end of the day". Since I got information, that there will be only one attempt to deliver (thanks to covid etc.) so somebody must be at home, I wanted to change delivery to pick up point. To do this, you must register to UPS and agree with hell long conditions, but ok. Once I did this and log in, the whole UPS webside stopped working, even tracking webpage collapsed and I was not able to change delivery. So I took day off in my work to be able to take the package. At 16:30 they wrote me an email that delivery is postpone to next day because of vacations (from tracking - parcel was already in my country and state holydays were last week, this week is normal so...) . The exact time was not mentioned at all "we will let you know the time of delivery as soon as possible". Today I went to work normally (I already spent one day off for nothing), hoping UPS driver will give me a call or SMS and I will let know to somebody. Guess what? No call, no sms, tracking was showing "no time estimation" till 16:00 when the parcel was delivered and just by big big luck somebody was at home to take it. I dont know what would they do if nobody was at home. Left it in front of doors? Give it to the neighbours which I barelly know - sure all good options for packege with valuables :-) So UPS never again, at last not in Czech Rep. (btw review evaluation of UPS in CZ are 2,4/5*, im not the only one with this experiance) I would rather consider travel to Estonia myself to pick it up then use this shipping again :-)
