Travelled with European Sleeper recently and unfortunately not a great experience.
The train itself felt quite old and the compartments were very small, which made the journey less comfortable than expected. On top of that, we had a delay of around 4 hours, which significantly disrupted the trip.
What was especially disappointing was the compensation offered afterwards — a 20% discount on a future booking, which feels inadequate given the length of the delay.
That said, I do want to mention that the staff on board were friendly and helpful despite the situation.
Overall, a frustrating experience that could have been handled much better
