Having flown Bangkok to London Heathrow with Eva Air in economy I would definitely recommend this airline both for comfort and service. Eva Air also offer the most generous bagage allowance out of all the airlines...46 kg for economy. I also had to contact their customer services in London to request a confirmation letter for a visa application. The required document was emailed to me within 45 minutes. Outstanding service!
