Took a flight to Bangkok 12 days ago , never used Eva air before. We were expecting a modern plane .unfortunately the triple seven was old the seats are not comfortable.entertainment was rubbish food is not fit for consumption all though the staff were pretty friendly on the way back decided to get an upgrade at the airport. I nearly fell over they wanted 2.5 grand for the two of us to go to premium. Had to sit it for 13/14 hours Certainly will not use this airline again
