Completely unsatisfactory. I attempted to verify my identity four times using a valid ID, ensuring all information was accurate. Despite providing clear photos, my verification was rejected without explanation, and my application was terminated. I’ve successfully verified my ID on other platforms without issue. It seems this service is fundamentally incapable of performing proper ID checks. If they can’t handle a common ID, they likely shouldn’t be in business. The reviews here confirm I’m not alone in this experience.
