Evalid simply does not function! I've tried it on an Android device, an iOS device, a desktop, and a laptop. I even deleted Chrome and used a device that had never had it installed, yet somehow Evalid consistently shows the same error: "there are issues with Chrome." It makes me wonder how there can be an issue if Chrome was never involved. Working in a technical field, I typically consider user error first, but in this case, I’m confident that's not the issue. If device compatibility is the problem, then Evalid must be so advanced that no compatible device exists yet. I suspect this is a phishing site! Anyone giving it five stars and claiming that negative reviews are from users who did something wrong are likely being dishonest and could be the scammers themselves, trying to manipulate reviews and avoid being labeled as such.
This service does not work! I've tried using various devices, and despite deleting the browser and using a fresh device, I keep encountering the same error about browser issues. It's hard not to question how there can be a problem when the browser was never installed. I suspect user error isn’t the issue, and if device compatibility is a problem, then the service is obviously not compatible with any device. Anyone giving it five stars is likely misleading, perhaps trying to cover for the true nature of this platform.

This service seems linked to scammers. I was asked to verify my identity for a chat moderator job that turned out to be a scam. I didn't check thoroughly because the job was listed on reputable platforms. However, during the verification process, I encountered an error. They have all my ID details, including a selfie. It’s ironic that a company claiming to fight fraud is actually compromised by scammers.
I believe the negative comments stem from users whose verification forms were rejected. It’s important to follow the instructions correctly. Many would label anyone a scammer when things don't go their way. I completed my verification form in under five minutes and received my results within an hour. Everything went smoothly! Thank you.
Completely unsatisfactory. I attempted to verify my identity four times using a valid ID, ensuring all information was accurate. Despite providing clear photos, my verification was rejected without explanation, and my application was terminated. I’ve successfully verified my ID on other platforms without issue. It seems this service is fundamentally incapable of performing proper ID checks. If they can’t handle a common ID, they likely shouldn’t be in business. The reviews here confirm I’m not alone in this experience.
This is the worst service I have ever encountered. My employer needs them to validate my payment method, but they reject all my verification attempts. When I reach out to customer support, they inform me via email that my application cannot be accepted. How am I supposed to get paid if they won't validate my checks? I have a family to support!
