As others have mentioned, this is a frustrating company to deal with. The product quality is very poor. There is no phone number available, and they do not respond to emails. They require you to initiate contact for returns but don't answer your messages. I plan to return the jacket I bought to the provided shipping label address, and if I don't receive a refund, I will dispute the charge with my credit card.
