There’s no phone number available for contact, and they don’t respond to emails. They expect you to initiate a return, yet they ignore your messages. I plan to return the jacket I purchased to the address on the shipping label; if I don’t receive a refund, I will dispute the charge with my credit card.

Complete scam. I purchased three shirts based on size recommendations. They shipped from overseas, taking a long time to arrive. The quality was horrendous, looking like they came from a dumpster. They were too small for even a small dog, and the tags were cut out. I attempted to return them, but they only offered a 20% refund to keep the shirts. No way. I reported them to the authorities.
