As many have mentioned, this company is incredibly frustrating to deal with. The quality of their products is very poor. There’s no phone number available for contact, and they don’t respond to emails. They expect you to initiate a return, yet they ignore your messages. I plan to return the jacket I purchased to the address on the shipping label; if I don’t receive a refund, I will dispute the charge with my credit card.
