Review Time
Initially, everything seemed legitimate as I completed and submitted the paperwork. However, months later, I received an email stating that a verification form from the relevant authority was supposed to be sent. I questioned why this wasn’t mentioned earlier, which would have saved time. After several weeks without updates, I began to feel suspicious. It seemed they expected that we'd feel obligated to continue with their services if we received correspondence from the authority. I recently emailed them to indicate I no longer wished to use their services, but the only replies I've received are unsolicited life insurance offers. It appears they may have recognized my ineligibility for a payout and are looking to prioritize more profitable cases. While they don’t work for free, honesty would be appreciated instead of using the authority as an excuse. Consider this before engaging with them.
I submitted a form for a Child Benefit Claim back in May 2025, expecting a response within 6 to 12 weeks, not 7 months. I received an email stating my claim was progressing well, but when I inquired about the timeline a few weeks ago, I received no reply.
We visited the dealership to explore changing our car. The representative was knowledgeable, attentive to our needs, and never pressured us to make a purchase. They clearly explained the benefits of additional options, which we chose to take as they seemed worthwhile. The vehicle handover was seamless, and we felt well-informed about its main features. We would highly recommend this dealership and the representative.
After filling out forms online weeks ago, I received a polite call today regarding my entitlement to a payment. I provided my bank details, but I have yet to receive an email confirming our conversation. My partner found this suspicious and has attempted to contact the company twice to speak with a manager, but we haven’t received any callbacks, raising our concerns.
I completed paperwork on 31,8,25, and today I received a call asking for my bank details, which I declined as I suspect this may be a scam. Has anyone else experienced a similar issue? It's odd to ask for such information after six weeks.
