We have been working with Eveara for approximately one year.During this time, our company has grown to more than 500 active members, and we distribute between 5 and 10 new songs every single day through their platform.Despite the volume of activity, the length of our relationship, and the fact that we have been paying our monthly subscription without interruption for almost a year, neither our company nor our clients have received any payments from Eveara.Additionally, when we signed our agreement with Eveara, we were never informed that they do not have a direct delivery agreement with Facebook/Instagram (Meta).This has directly affected our releases, since many of our songs are not available on Instagram and Facebook music libraries, which are extremely important platforms for promotion, marketing campaigns, and organic growth for our artists and projects.This limitation was never disclosed during the onboarding or contract process.Today, we received a very concerning notification regarding one of our releases.This song is performing organically and publicly:Over 41,000 user-generated videos on TikTok using the song’s audioMore than 1,000,000 streams on SpotifyMore than 200,000 views on the official YouTube Art TrackThe growth of this song is clearly organic and driven by real users and real social media traction.However, today — exactly on the payout day — the song was suddenly flagged for “artificial streaming.”This situation is extremely concerning and raises serious questions.A track that is clearly trending on TikTok, generating massive user-generated content, and performing strongly on YouTube and Spotify was flagged at the same time payments were expected to be processed.We strongly believe this decision is incorrect and unfair, and it directly affects both our company and hundreds of independent artists who trust us.After almost one year of continuous work, daily releases, paid subscriptions, and active operations, the lack of payments — combined with the undisclosed limitations regarding Facebook/Instagram and the sudden flagging of a successful release — has created a serious loss of confidence in the platform.We expect transparency, a proper investigation, and clear answers regarding both the alleged artificial streaming claim and the delayed payments.

After our first review about EVEARA’s poor performance, they contacted us privately and offered €4,000 for us to delete it and terminate our contract early. They admitted that our project required integrations (like Instagram/META) they couldn’t handle properly and wanted to end the relationship.We agreed to leave based on their written and signed proposal, but after removing the review, they only paid a fraction of what was promised. Despite several follow-ups and signed agreements, they never completed the payment.This company has breached multiple agreements, and every interaction with them required endless chasing and pressure to get even partial responses or payments.I’ve been forced to post this review again until they pay the remaining amount from our agreement, which has been overdue for more than six weeks.If anyone has doubts, leave a comment and I’ll share in detail how everything happened and provide the documents.Our initial review was: paying a year upfront was the worst business decision we’ve made.
