Customer service is shocking for a supposed luxury brand. I asked them on 30th Nov 2023 why a product was $99 in the USA and £104 in the UK: They have sent me three emails saying they are looking into it, but no answer so far. Really affected my view of the company: it's a shame, I used to like their products. Now looking for an alternative.
