After missing deadlines with no follow up from them I had to track them down again for an order update and I got the same canned response “we are sorry for the delay” with no updated promised date. I have no confidence they will ever get back to me except in response to pressure. They put a lot of effort into a slick website and marketing but zero into customer support or any thought to fulfilling commercial orders.At this point I am reporting this as a fraudulent transaction. TO ANYONE CONSIDERING THIS COMPANY, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
