I bought tickets for the Anna Karenina show on December 20th, advertised to start at 7 pm. When I arrived, they announced it would begin at 8 pm. Several customers like me received no notification about the rescheduling. Very poor customer service. I will not purchase from them again.

At midnight, I received an email stating my ticket was canceled with no refund. A few hours later, they charged me again, providing a new ticket with seating in a poor location, without my consent. This is how they operate, be cautious.

After the concert, they claimed my tickets were “at the box office,” despite not sending any prior communication. Their representative admitted nothing was sent! I sent them numerous messages — they ignored me and eventually stopped responding. They even had the audacity to offer “store credit” for tickets I never received. This company is a scam. Stay far away.
If you want to ruin your spirits and miss the event, buy tickets from this platform. I purchased tickets over two months in advance, and everything seemed fine. As the event approached, I received a refund notification two weeks prior, just as my trip was planned. How is this possible? I can’t understand how they can cancel tickets bought in advance because they’re sold out. Meanwhile, the same tickets are now being sold for four times the price on their website. Thanks for ruining my birthday gift!
Completely unacceptable service! Tickets were NOT provided! I sent them multiple messages before the event, as the venue was over a 3-hour drive, but received no response! After the event, they replied that “all sales are final” and refused to assist. Total scam! AVOID! I will dispute the charge with my credit card!
