This service is an absolute disaster. My friend and I bought two tickets for a concert, but we never received them. I contacted them multiple times before driving 3.5 hours to the event and got no response. After the concert, they claimed my tickets were “at the box office,” despite not sending any prior communication. Their representative admitted nothing was sent! I sent them numerous messages — they ignored me and eventually stopped responding. They even had the audacity to offer “store credit” for tickets I never received. This company is a scam. Stay far away.
