They added their service fees to the bill, which were nearly 10% of the ticket price. It’s unclear why it’s so high. They added it at the last stage, when I was no longer paying attention to the total and only noticed in my bank statement that I paid more than expected. They refuse to return the money under any circumstances. Returning tickets according to their policies is nearly impossible. I wonder if the tickets will be cheaper closer to the concert; that would be a total nightmare. Overall, I do not recommend this service.
