Purchased tickets for an event at Hammersmith Apollo. The main act cancelled and I received an email saying I can get a full refund. There were no instructions on how to do this. Says get refund from ticket provider which was directly via Eventim. Dreadful as you cannot talk to anyone and there are no links or advice on how to do this. £325 on tickets and can't get through to anyone. Makes you not want to risk buying tickets for events but they seem to have a monopoly!
