Still not issuing full refunds. None of the fees they sneak on at the end are covered if the show is cancelled. If you buy missed event insurance it too is not refundable. I understand this is the in lengthy T&C's but that doesn't mean they are fair or consumer friendly.
Whilst they are not as bad as Ticketmaster (the bar has been set quite low). Thankfully there's a few better ticket providers and I hope Eventim don't acquire them too (again) and drag them down to their level.
Ticketmaster for despite their faults are convenient. Perhaps I've reached the point of grudging acceptance. Luckily I don't encounter Eventim often and will avoid them when possible.
