Disappointing experience. The sound quality was occasionally distorted, and the music felt distant. Our seats in the circle area were affected by a distracting light near the toilets, which was bothersome when the lights dimmed. It could have been adjusted, as it constantly illuminated one side of my face. Staff members were also entering a room across from the restroom during the performance, which was distracting due to the bright light coming from there. Given the high ticket prices, I left feeling let down. I wouldn't opt for another show at this venue.
