I booked 3 tickets for myself and visiting sister and brother in law to go to the Titanic immersive exhibition. I paid extra for ticket protection in case of tube/rail disruption ( very common nowadays). The day before the event my sister fell heavily and badly hurt her arm/shoulder and cut her lip. She stayed in my flat as she was very sore and shaken, while my brother in law and I went to the exhibition (which was v good). When I applied to Eventim for a refund of her ticket, I was told to contact Ticketplan who apparently underwrite this. I gave a full explanation of the circumstances, which they didn't read, and sent me a GP medical Form. My sister had gone straight to A&E at her home town on Friday, and had sustained a broken humerus. I have sent the Fracture clinic letter to TicketPlan and am trying to get a refund out of them. Buyer Beware - Eventim have nothing to do with ticket protection and have not assisted my case
