An app is required to access tickets, but it’s not functioning correctly. Initially, it shows that the server is down, then claims my time settings are incorrect or that my phone is 'jailbroken', whatever that means. I'm unsure if I will be able to retrieve my tickets, and if not, whether a refund will be granted. I have had no success contacting the service. I suggest avoiding this if possible.
